Shipping policy

United States

Orders within the United States ship via UPS Ground. Shipping is free on orders over $149 to addresses in the continental US. Orders under $149, and orders to Alaska and Hawaii, pay the UPS rate shown at checkout.

Canada

We ship to Canada via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Duties and taxes: All applicable Canadian duties, GST/HST and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Returns from Canada: Our 30-day return policy applies. Contact info@hootiehoo.com to start a return. Return shipping costs and any duties already paid are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
